Death Becomes Her is described by Angel-Ho herself as her "debut proper," "a line in the sand, showcasing her as a performer, producer and lyricist as well as a collaborator."
The album, features her rapping and singing for the first time, with Lyrical themes range from "love, sex, glamour, to struggle... universal fantasies treated with an ambiguity that restructures the narrative within a trans identity."
It's a collaboration-heavy record as well, with guest production from Gaika and Bon, Asmara who is one half of Nguzunuguzu, Astral Plane affiliate Nunu, fellow South African artist Baby Caramel as well as Cape Town MCs K-$ and Queezy.
